生白口服液提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的:优选生白口服液的最佳提取工艺。方法:以淫羊藿苷的含量为考察指标,考察加水量、提取次数和煎煮时间3个因素对有效成分提取的影响。通过正交设计试验筛选提取生白口服液的最佳提取工艺。结果:影响淫羊藿苷提取的主次因素为加水量〉提取次数〉煎煮时间。最佳回流工艺为:用10倍量水,提取2次,每次1h。结论:通过正交设计试验优选得到的生白口服液提取方法可行,该方法简单,容易操作,稳定可靠。

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the extraction process for white peony root oral liquid. Methods:Icariin was taken as the study subject, and the influence of factors of water volume, extraction times, and decocting time on the effective constituent was investigated. An orthogonal design was used to screen out the optimal extraction process for white peony root oral liquid. Results: Factors influencing the extraction of icariin were water volume, extraction times, and decocting time ( in a sequence of decreasing significance). The optimal process was as follows : raw mate- rial was mixed with water at a ratio of 1: 10;extraction was performed twice (one hour each time). Conclusion:The optimal process screened out by the o rthogonal design is feasible, simple, stable, and reliable.
