摘    要:目的:优选清咽利喉片的最佳水提工艺。方法:以浸膏得率和绿原酸含量为考察指标,采用正交试验法优选清咽利喉片水提工艺。结果:最佳水提取工艺为加水提取2次,第1次加12倍量水、提取2h,第2次加10倍量水、提取1.5h。结论:该工艺简便、稳定,可为工业生产提供理论依据。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the water extraction process for Qingyan Lihou buccal tablets. Methods: With ex traction rate and chlorogenic acid content as indices ,the orthogonal test was used to optimize the water extraction process for Qingyan Lihou buccal tablets. Results: In the optimal water extraction process ,raw material was mixed with water at a ratio of 1 : 12 for 2 - h extraction and then with water at a ratio of 1 : 10 for 1.5 - h extraction. Conclusion : This process is simple and stable and can provide a theoretical basis for the industrial production of Qingyan Lihou buccal tablets.
