| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨代温灸膏的抗炎作用。方法：制备角叉菜致足跖肿胀大鼠、醋酸炎症小鼠及羧甲基纤维素钠炎症大鼠模型,观察代温灸膏对模型大鼠的抗炎作用。结果：代温灸膏可抑制由角叉菜引起的大鼠足跖肿胀,能抑制炎症引起的毛细血管通透性增加,对羧甲基纤维素钠引起大鼠腹腔白细胞游走有明显的抑制作用。结论：代温灸膏具有较好的抗炎作用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the anti - inflammatory effect of Dai Wenjiu ointment. Methods： A rat model of carrageen - induced footpad swelling, a mouse model of acetic acid - induced inflammation, and a rat mod- el of sodium carboxymethylcellulose - induced inflammation were established. The model animals were treated with Dai Wenjiu ointment. The anti - inflammatory effect of Dai Wenjiu ointment was assessed. Results ： For these model animals, Dai Wenjiu ointment inhibited carrageen -induced footpad swelling, capillary permeability increase due to inflammation,and abdominal leukocyte migration caused by sodium carboxymethylcellulose. Conclusion： Dai Wenjiu ointment has a good anti -inflammatory effect. |
