姜黄配方颗粒的UHPLC指纹图谱研究

摘    要:目的:建立姜黄配方颗粒的UHPLC指纹图谱,为配方颗粒的快速质量评价提供方法。方法:采用超高效液相色谱法,以Agilent Zorbax Eclipse Plus C18柱(3.0mm×100mm,1.8μm)为色谱柱;以乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱;检测波长254nm;流速1.0mL/min;柱温25℃。结果:建立了姜黄配方颗粒的UHPLC指纹图谱,确定了6个共有峰,各姜黄配方颗粒样品指纹图谱与对照指纹图谱相似度均在0.85以上,可以用于姜黄配方颗粒的快速定性鉴别。结论:该方法简单、准确、快速,重复性好,能有效地对姜黄配方颗粒的质量进行评价。

Abstract:Objective :To establish the ultra high -performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) fingerprint of formulated Jianghuang granules and to provide a method for rapid quality evaluation of formulated granules. Methods: UHPLC was performed on an Agilent Zorbax E- clipse Plus C18 column (3.0mm×100mm,1.8μm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile -0. 1% formic acid for gradient elution at a detection wavelength of 254 nm,a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,and a column temperature of 25℃. Results :The UHPLC fingerprint of formulated Jianghuang granules was established,with six common peaks. The fingerprint of each sample of formulated Jianghuang granules had a similarity above 0. 85 compared with that of control and thus can be used for rapid identification of formulated Jianghuang granules. Conclusion :This method is sim- ple,accurate,efficient,and repeatable and can be used for the quality evaluation of formulated Jianghuang granules.
