摘    要:目的:优选参木肠溶胶囊的最佳提取工艺。方法:以浸膏得率和盐酸小檗碱含量为考察指标,采用L9(34)正交试验考察加水量、浸泡时间、提取时间对参木肠溶胶囊提取工艺的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺为加水提取2次,第1次加10倍量水,提取2h,第2次加8倍量水,提取1.5h。结论:该工艺简便、稳定,可为工业生产提供理论依据。

Study on optimization of extraction process for Shenmu enteric - coated capsules by orthogonal design

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the extraction process for Shenmu enteric -coated capsules. Methods:With extraction rate and the content of berberine hydrochloride as indices, L9 (34) orthogonal array was used to investigate the effects of water amount, soaking time, and extraction time on the extraction process for Shenmu enteric - coated capsules. Results : The optimal extraction process was as follows :raw material was mixed with water at a ratio of 1 : 10 for 2 - h extraction and then with water at a ratio of 1:8 for 1.5 - h extrac- tion. Conclusion:This process is simple and stable and can provide a theoretical basis for industrial production.
