| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨读书架在骨科卧床患者中的临床应用效果及护理方法.方法:将80例骨科卧床患者随机分为对照组和实验组各40例,对照组采用常规护理,实验组除常规护理外,在护理上采用读书架.分别于使用读书架前1 d、使用读书架3 d后采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、数字评分法(NRS)对两组患者焦虑、疼痛的发生情况进行评定.结果:使用读书架3 d后,实验组患者焦虑、疼痛发生率均低于对照组(P<0.01).结论:对骨科卧床患者,在常规护理的基础上采用读书架,可满足患者认知方面的需要,转移其注意力,减少其恐惧、紧张、焦虑感,减轻其疼痛,有利于其积极配合治疗、早日康复出院.
