特发性脉络膜新生血管患者血清相关因子研究

目的　观察特发性脉络膜新生血管（CNV）患者血清相关因子水平的改变。方法　回顾分析临床确诊为特发性CNV的21例患者21只眼（CNV组）的临床资料。选取20名正常志愿者20只眼作为正常对照组。分别抽取两组受试者静脉血，采用酶联免疫吸附剂测定法和免疫散射比浊法测定血清的血管内皮生长因子（VEGF），肿瘤坏死因子α（TNFα），白介素1-β（IL1-β），免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM、IgE，总补体CH₅₀、补体C₃、C₄，C反应蛋白（CRP）的浓度。结果　 CNV组血清VEGF浓度显著高于正常对照组(t=2.340，P=0.025)，IgE浓度显著低于正常对照组(Z=-2.765，P=0.006)；其余血清因子浓度与正常对照组相比，差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论　VEGF和IgE可能参与了特发性CNV的形成。

Serum-associated factors of idiopathic choroidal neovascularization

Objective To observe the change of serum-associated factors concentrations in the patients with idiopathic choroidal neovascularization (CNV).Methods The clinical data of 21 patients (21 eyes) with idiopathic CNV (CNV group) and 20 normal individuals (control group) were retrospective analyzed.Serous concentrations of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF),tumor necrosis factor α(TNFα),interleukin 1-β(IL1-β),IgG,IgA,IgM,IgE,CH_(50),C_3,C_4 and C-reactive protein (CRP) were assayed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and immunonephelometry.Results The level of VEGF in CNV group was significantly higher than that in control group (t=2.340,P=0.025).The level of IgE in CNV group was significantly lower than that in control group(Z=-2.765,P=0.006).The other factors were not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion VEGF and IgE may play an important role in the formation of idiopathic CNV.
