| 摘 要： | 目的 为保证药物安全有效,完善玄丹巴布剂质量标准,对玄丹巴布剂中丹酚酸B进行了含量测定方法的研究.方法 HPLC色谱条件：十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶色谱柱kromasil C18（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）;甲醇-乙腈-甲酸-水（28∶10∶1∶61）为流动相,检测波长为286nm,流速1.0ml/min.结果 丹酚酸B在浓度0.179～0.896 μg范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=836 807.5X-30 356.9.样品的平均回收率为100.5%,RSD为1.42%.结论 本方法简便可靠,结果稳定,重复性好,可准确测定玄丹巴布剂中丹酚酸B的含量.

| Abstract: | Aim To perfect the quality standard of Xuandan cataplasm. Salvianolic acid B was chosen as the quality control index. Methods HPLC conditions ： C18 column （ Kromasil C18 5μm, 250mm×4.6mm）, methol -aceto- nitrile-formic acid-water（28 ： 10：1 ： 61 ） as the mobile phase, detection wavelength ： 286nm, flow rate ： 1.0mL/min. Results Salvianolic acid B has a good linearity within the range of 0. 179 -0. 896μg. The average recovery rate was 100.5% （ RSD = 1.42% ）. Conclusion The procedure is simple and reliable. The results are stable and reproducible. The established method could determine salvianolic acid B from Xuandan cataplasm accurately. |
