| 摘 要： | 目的观察胸腺肽注射液对急性病毒性心肌炎(VM)患儿细胞免疫功能的影响。方法 106例急性VM患儿分为常规治疗组及胸腺肽治疗组,每组53例。常规治疗组给予大剂量维生素C、1,6-二磷酸果糖、黄芪颗粒等常规治疗,胸腺肽治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用胸腺肽注射液3～4 mg·kg-1.d-1,静脉滴注,疗程2周,分别于治疗前、后测定2组患儿T淋巴细胞亚群中的CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+,并进行比较。结果治疗前2组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平比较差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与治疗前比较,胸腺肽治疗组治疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平均明显升高(P<0.05),但CD8+变化不明显(P>0.05);常规治疗组治疗后仅CD3+明显升高(P<0.05),CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+水平变化均不明显(P>0.05)。治疗后胸腺肽治疗组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平明显高于常规治疗组(P<0.05),但2组CD8+水平比较差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胸腺肽注射液可以改善急性VM患儿的细胞免疫功能。
