精神分裂症患者家属心理状况调查

目的探讨精神分裂症患者家属的心理健康状况。方法 50例精神分裂症患者家属设为观察组,50例正常家庭家属设为对照组,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、自评焦虑量表(SAS)、自评抑郁量表(SDS)对2组家属进行测评分析。结果观察组在躯体化、强迫观念、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对性、恐惧等因子得分均高于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);SAS和SDS评分也高于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者家属存在心理健康问题,其中焦虑、抑郁更为突出。

Survey of psychologic status of schizophrenic family members

Objective To explore the mental health status of family members of patients with schizophrenia.
