正交试验优选蜂胶软胶囊的最佳压丸工艺

摘    要:目的优选蜂胶软胶囊压制法的最佳工艺路线和工艺参数,以确保产品质量的稳定。方法采用正交试验方法,以崩解时限为指标,以定型时间、干燥温度、相对湿度、干燥时间为因素进行正交试验,优选蜂胶软胶囊的最佳压丸工艺。结果最终确定最佳工艺为:定型时间12 h,干燥温度25℃,相对湿度30%,干燥时间24 h。结论优选工艺合理,保证了产品质量的稳定。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the technological route and parameters of pressing process of propolis soft capsule to ensure the stable quality of the product.Methods The orthogonal test method was used.With disintegration time as the index,the factors such as setting time,drying temperature,relative humidity and drying time were investigated.Results The optimum process was determined:the setting time of the final was 12 hours,drying temperature was 25 ℃,relative humidity was 30%,and drying time was 24 h.Conclusion The process is reasonable to ensure the stable quality of product.
