2种检测系统血糖测定结果比较

目的对Olympus AU5400全自动生化分析仪己糖激酶(HK)法和Beckman Coulter dxc800全自动生化分析仪氧电极法血糖测定结果进行对比分析,探讨2种不同生化分析系统检测血糖结果的一致性。方法依据美国临床实验室标准化委员会评价方案,每天选择临床血液标本10份,在相同条件下分别用HK法和氧电极法测定标本中血糖的含量,共测定5 d,记录检测结果,并用统计学方法对测定结果进行分析。结果 HK法测定血糖结果平均为(7.32±0.73)mmol.L-1,氧电极法测定血糖结果平均为(7.22±0.73)mmol.L-1,2种方法所测血糖值比较差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经相关性分析,2种测定方法具有显著相关性(r=0.994,P<0.001)。结论 2种检测系统检测血清中血糖含量结果基本一致,均可为临床诊断提供参考依据。

Comparison between two methods for determination of blood glucose
