对社区高血压病患者进行系统健康教育的研究

目的探讨以社区为基础、以系统健康教育为主的干预模式对高血压病患者的综合防治效果。方法对186例高血压病患者实施系统的健康教育,比较健康教育前后患者的血压值以及健康知识综合认知程度的变化。结果健康教育后收缩压和舒张压较教育前明显下降,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01);健康教育后健康知识综合认知程度各项得分均比教育前明显提高,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论以社区为基础、以系统健康教育为主的干预模式是高血压病综合防治有效途径。

Investigation on systemic healthy education in community hypertension patients
