摘    要:目的筛选出提取杜仲总木脂素的最佳工艺。方法采用正交试验设计,超声提取,以提取时间、甲醇浓度、溶媒用量为因素,采用紫外分光光度法对杜仲木脂素含量进行检测,确定最佳提取条件。结果优选的最佳工艺条件为:甲醇浓度75%,溶媒用量为8倍,提取时间40 min。结论杜仲总木脂素提取工艺的优化为杜仲总木脂素进一步研究提供了参考。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the technology of the total lignans extraction from Eucommia ulmoides.Methods The orthogonal design was used in the ultrasonic extraction,with the extraction times and methanol concentration,solvent usage as factors.The content of total lignan was detected by ultraviolet method,to determine the best extraction technology.Results The optimum extraction technology was 75% methanol concentration,8 times of solvent usage,and extracted for 40 min.Conclusions The optimization of the extracti...
