| 摘 要： | 总结21例急性颈髓损伤伴有颈椎骨折脱位患者围手术期合并症、并发症的护理,认为加强对此类患者的体位、呼吸道、切口引流、合并伤、脊髓功能的严密观察和精心护理不仅能取得良好的护理效果,减少并发症的发生率,还能提高手术成功率,达到较满意的治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Nursing care of complications for 21 patients with actue spinal cord wound compliance jugular fracture and dislocation in periopera- tion were discussed,the results shows that closely obscrvention and careful care to patients'postion,air-way and spinal cord function could gain good nursing effect and reduce occurate of compiactions,to improve successful rate of operation and gain satisfactory effect. |
