可疑冠心病的TTM表现

目的探讨TTM(电话传输心电图)对可疑冠心病的监测价值。方法用珠海市中立电子公司生产的YJ-1000B型智能式循环记忆心电发送器(俗称心脏BB机)和中央监测系统,直拨电话一台,进行3～14天的心电监测。结果对225例可疑冠心病进行TTM监测,检出心肌缺血并结合临床资料确诊112例,阳性率为49.8%。结论TTM对可疑冠心病患者进行心电监测,尽早发现各种心律失常及心肌损害,早诊断,早治疗,提高疗效起着重要作用。

TTM Features in Suspected Coronary Heart Disease

Methods Electrocardiograms were monitored by YJ-1000B type intelligent cycle memory electrocardiographic generator(to be commonly call heart pager) and central monitoring system manufactured by Zhuhai Zhongli electric company and a direct telephone,proceeding 3~14 days of heart electricity monitor.Results 225 suspicious coronary heart disease by the TTM monitor,and the check out is a the myocardial ischemia 112 cases,positive rate is 49.8%.Conclusion The suspicious coronary heart disease TTM monitor can as early as possible discover every kind of arrhythmia and myocardial injury,and examine patient early can,increase the curative effect to rise.
