复合生物陶瓷骨种植的扫描电镜研究

摘    要:目的 用扫描电镜观察多孔复合生物陶瓷的骨引导作用。方法 多孔复合生物陶瓷植入体行实验狗股骨种植,术后12,26及52周,取标本用SEM观察。结果 材料种植的早期,材料骨界面形成无中间间隔的直接结合,新骨组织充盈材料表面微孔,材料表层结构出现松散;中后期,材料继续吸收降解,颗粒细化的同时,新骨组织深入,贯穿材料,重建骨缺损的连续性。结论 进一步改善材料吸收,降解速率,空间结构与骨生长的适应性,对材料

Abstract:Objective This study' s purpose is to observe the osteoconductivity of porous compound bioactive ceramic by SEM. Method Cylindrical sintered implants of porous compound bioactive ceramic were implanted in dog femurs. The specimens were observed by SEM at 12<26and 52 weeks postoperatively. Result The results showed direct bonding of material-bone interface was formed without an intermediate tissue. Porosities in the surface of the material were ingrowed by new bone tissue, and structure in the surface of the material was disconnected at 12 weeks after implantation. At 26 weeks and 52 weeks after implantation,the resorption and the degradation of the material were more obvious, new bone tissue ingrowed and replaced completely the material and restructed the intact of bone defect. Conclusion It suggested the improvements of physical and chemical properties on the material will have practical value.
