全脑缺血再灌注对大鼠海马及齿状回核酸的影响

摘    要:目的:观察全脑缺血再灌注对大鼠海马及齿状回核酸的影响。方法:采用4-血管阻断(4-VO)方法建立大鼠急性全脑缺血模型,用吖啶橙染色法进行全脑缺血再灌注对大鼠海马及齿状回的核酸保护作用的研究。结果:与正常对照组比较,全脑缺血再灌注大鼠海马及齿状回核酸吖啶橙染色后的荧光强度明显减弱。结论:缺血再灌注可导致大鼠海马及齿状回核酸损伤。

Effects of cerebralischemia and reperfusion on nucleic acid in hippocampus and gyrus dentate of rat
Abstract:Objective:The effect on the nucleic acid in hippocampus and dentate gyrus of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury of rat was observed.Methods:Modified 4-vessel occlusion (4-VO)method was used to establish the models of acute global ischemia . The acridine orange (AO) method was carried out to study the effect of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury on in hippocampus and dentate gyrus of rat.Results:The fluorescent intensity of the nucleic acid in hippocampus and dentate gyrus of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury of rat is abated wicth compared with the normal control group. Conclusion:It is showed that the nucleic acid in hippocampus and dentate gyrus of rat was injured by ischemia-reperfusion.
