| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨采用不同方法测定CEA结果的可比性。方法:对同一批标本同时采用放射免疫法、酶联免疫法和金标法进行了CEA检测。结果:金标与联免疫法结果比较无显著差异(P>0.05),放免与金标比较无显著差异(P>0.05),放免与酶免比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:金标法进行CEA测定是一种简便易行的初筛方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the CEA results by three methods. Methods: To compare the CEA results by methods of RIA, ELISA and DIGFA in the same samles. Results: There was no significance between the three methods. Conclusion: DIGFA is a simple,good method for the measurement of CEA. |
