心脏组织内流行性出血热病毒形态和超微病理研究

摘    要:采用电镜和超薄切片技术研究了EHF死者和患该病孕妇的胎儿尸检心脏标本,发现人体心脏组织内存在典型的EHF病毒颗粒、包涵体、病毒抗原层和病毒相随颗粒。心肌纤维横向及纵向断裂、粗面内质网扩张和增生,线粒体变性以及血管内皮细胞发生病变。表明EHF病毒对心脏有直接损伤作用,并可由母婴垂直传播。

Abstract:The heart tissue specimens from a clinical death EHF patient and a fetus of EHF pregnant woman were examined by ultrathin section under electron microscope.The typical EHF virious, inclusion bodies, viral antigen layers and virion associated granule in the patient's heart tissues were found.The cross and longtudinal fragmentation of heart muscle fibres could be seen.The heart muscle cells RER were increased and swelled.The mitochondrions were degeneratire. "Z" bands were broken .The ultramicroscopic pathogenesy took place in the vascular endothelial cells.These results indicated that EHFV could directly damage the heart tissue.It is one oftarget organs when the heart was infected byEHFV.It is confirmatory within the range of viral morphology that the infant is infected directly by his pregnant mother.
