穴位贴敷治疗变应性鼻炎239例

为探讨穴位贴敷治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效，将339例变应性鼻炎患者随机分成穴位贴敷治疗组239例与特异脱敏对照组100例。比较2组在三伏天与非三伏天、季节性与常年性、穴位贴敷与常规特异脱敏的疗效．观察治疗前后IgE、IgM、IgA、IgG的变化，结果：穴位贴敷治疗组在三伏天与非三伏天、季节性与常年性、穴位贴敷与常规特异脱敏组在疗效比较上均无显著性差异（P〉0．05），穴位贴敷治疗后IgM、IgA、IgG均较治疗前增高。IgE下降，治疗前后比较具有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。说明穴位贴敷可提高机体的免疫功能，具有方法简便、疗程较短、疗效较好的特点。

Acupoint Application Method for 239 Cases of Allergic Rhinitis

To evaluate the efficacy of acupoint application method in treating allergic rhinitis, 339 outpatients with allergic rhinitis were divided randomly into two groups: 239 cases in therapeutic group who accepted acupoint application, and 100 cases in control group who accepted specific desensitization. To compared the curative effect of two groups between in dog-days and out of dog-days, in the seasonal days and in the all year. And the concentrations of IgM, IgA, IgG and IgE were compared also before and after treatment. The result showed that there were obvious differences in the curative effect between two groups ( P > 0.05). The concentrations of IgM, IgA and IgG increased after therapy, while IgE decreased, there were obvious differences before and after treatment (P<0.05). It indicates that acupoint application can improve immune function of organism, and has simpleness, short period, and better efficacy.
