| 摘 要： | 和谐医院是构建和谐社会的重要内容与载体,是一项系统工程。和谐医院的构建不仅仅是医疗工作者的任务,更需要社会工作者的参与。医务社会工作以病患为中心,通过协助病患及其家属解决与疾病有关的问题、协助医院行政管理工作、调和医院内外关系、辅助医学伦理教育、开展医疗社会服务研究、促进医疗服务团队建设等策略,旨在建立良好的医患关系与有序的医疗秩序,最终构建社会主义和谐医院。

| Abstract: | Harmonious hospital is the important content of harmonious society and is the systmes engineering.In the building of harmonious hospital,medical social work develop some value tacticses,including of assisting patients and their families solute the problems about disease,assisting hospital's administration,developing hospital's public relation,advocating medical ethics education,and developing medical services team. |
