| 摘 要： | 本文报道了利用人工处理诱导产生怀牛膝多倍体的育种方法。用秋水仙碱不同浓度及不同时间和温度来处理怀牛膝的萌动种子,使之产生四倍体变异株,经连续七代的定向培育,证实其各种遗传性状及特征均已达到稳定。

| Abstract: | The authors used artificial method to produce polyploid of Achyranthes bidentata. The germinating seeds were treated with different concentrations of colchicine, time and temperature to get the tetraploid variation plants. Seven consecutive generation's directive breeding of variation plants has proved the hereditary features and other characters to be steady. |
