绝经后阴道出血96例临床分析

目的:分析绝经后阴道出血的病因并探讨其对策。方法:对96例绝经后阴道出血患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:恶性肿瘤占17.70%(17例),绝经年限越长,恶性肿瘤所占的比例越大。结论:绝经后阴道出血患者的年龄和绝经年限与恶性肿瘤发生率间有较明显的正相关关系,因此绝经后阴道出血可视为一种危险信号,更要提高警惕,采取必要的检查手段,积极治疗良性疾病,预防发生恶性肿瘤,做到早期发现,早期治疗。
