| 摘 要： | 目的:研究羚羊角颗粒配合美林在解热抗惊厥作用中的临床效果。方法:选取热性惊厥及有热性惊厥史的上感发热患儿72例,随机分成实验组和对照组各36例,在给予基础治疗的基础上,均予美林退热的同时,实验组口服羚羊角颗粒,对照组间隙短程口服安定,通过比较两组口服美林的次数、惊厥发作总次数、疗程来判断疗效。结果:实验组退热效果、疗程优于对照组(P<0.05),预防惊厥发作的效果两组相当(P>0.05)。结论:羚羊角颗粒配合美林解热抗惊厥效果显著、作用优越,值得推广。
