泉州市77所医院消毒供应室现状调查

目的了解全市医院消毒供应室的管理现状,为提高消毒供应室管理的科学性和规范性提供依据.方法根据卫生部有关规定制定消毒供应室检查验收评分标准,重点检查消毒供应室的领导体制、人员编制、建筑要求、必备条件和管理要求的执行情况和存在问题.结果在执行医院消毒供应室管理各项制度方面的合格率,三级医院高于二级医院,二级医院又高于一级医院.结论加快卫生院供应室的达标建设具有重要意义;领导重视是消毒供应室达标建设成功的关键;加强人员素质培训是提高工作质量的基础;加强职业道德教育,培养慎独意识是管理制度落到实处的保证.

The Investigation of the Situation of Disinfections Supply Department of 77 Hospitals in Quanzhou

Objectives To get a general information of the management over disinfections supply departments in hospitals of the whole city, to provide scientific base for further improving the scientific and standardized management in disinfections supply departments. Methods To stipulate quality evaluation and grading creteria for checking the disinfections supply departments according to the relevant criterions made by the Ministry of Health, pay special attention to the leading system, personnel arrangement, building requirments, necessary qualifications and management request and check out the implementation of these aspects and the existing problems. Results The implementation situation of various management regulations within hospital: the tertiary hospitals are grading higher than the secondary ones and the secondary ones are higher than the primary ones. Conclusions Improving the constructions of qualified disinfections supplying departments in hospitals is of great importance; the key to the success of the work is that the leaders attach importance to it; the basic work is to strengthen and improve the quality of personnel training; promoting occupational morality education, cultivating the carefulness and independence consciousness is the guarantee of the sound implementation of the management systems.
