| 摘 要： | 目的制定芪葛降糖胶囊质量标准。方法采用HPLC法对芪葛降糖胶囊中的葛根素进行含量测定。结果芪葛降糖胶囊中葛根素的含量在0.2781~5.562μg的范围内有良好的线性关系,平均回收率99.5%。结论建立了芪葛降糖胶囊制剂质量标准。该方法稳定可靠,操作简便,可以作为该制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the quality standards of Qigejiangtang capsules. Methods Determination of puerarin in Qigejiangtang capsules by HPLC. Results There was a good linearity of results when puerarin content in the range of 0.2781~5.562 μg with the average recovery of 99.5%. Conclusion The method is accurate, reliable, convenient and stable, and may be used for the quality control of the preparation. |
