| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Ⅱ期标准通道经皮肾镜双频双脉冲Nd﹕YAG激光碎石术治疗脓肾结石的疗效和安全性。方法本组18例脓肾结石,先I期经皮肾穿刺造瘘引流术,再行Ⅱ期标准通道经皮肾镜取石术。结果所有病例均成功取尽结石,无术后大出血和感染性休克等严重并发症发生。结论Ⅱ期标准通道经皮肾镜双频双脉冲Nd﹕YAG激光碎石术治疗脓肾结石安全、有效,保肾率高,是一种较安全的手术方法。
