| Abstract: | This is a case of priapism (21 h) following an intracavernosal injection of vasoactive intestinal polypeptide (VIP) 25 mcg with phentolamine mesylate (PM) 1 mg responding to venesection and intracavernosal injection of 1 mg metaraminol. |
