摘    要:单核细胞趋化蛋白2 (MCP-2)即CCL8是CC趋化蛋白家族中的一员,可通过与CCR1、CCR2、CCR3和CCR5受体结合,招募单核细胞、T细胞、嗜酸性细胞、嗜碱性细胞、NK细胞和树突状细胞在炎症反应、抗瘤免疫和aGVHD中发挥着重要的免疫调节作用.研究CCL8的一般分子生物学特性及其在疾病免疫调节中作用可以促进对其进一步的研究,因而具有重要意义.

The role of CCL8 in immune regulation of diseases
Abstract:Monocyte chemoattractant protein 2 (MCP-2),also named CCL8,is a member of the CC chemokine family and it could attract monocytes,T lymphocytes,eosinophils,and basophils,NK cell and DC cell through recognizing several receptors including CCR1,CCR2,CCR3,CCR5.It play an important role in regulation of immunity in inflammation response,anti-tumor immunity and acute graft versus host disease (aGVHD).It is impostant to makes a summary on the biological characteristics of CCL8 and the development of the role of CCL8 in immune regulation of diseases.
