| 摘 要： | 细胞外钙敏感受体(CaSR)属于G蛋白耦联受体C家族成员,参与调节各种生理过程,在信号识别和转导以及钙稳态调节中起关键作用,CaSR基因已受到研究者的广泛关注,CaSR的突变及基因多态性将引发各种疾病,因而了解CaSR基因突变,多态性及其相关疾病前景很有必要.

| Abstract: | Extracellular calcium sensitive receptor (CaSR) belongs to the family C of G-protein coupled receptors.It is involved in the regulation of various physiological processes.CaSR plays an important role in signal recognition and transduction and calcium homeostasis regulation.CaSR gene has received extensive attention of the researchers.The mutation and genetic polymorphism of CaSR will cause various diseases.This article summarizes the gene mutation and polymorphism and related diseases. |
