姜黄素对巨噬细胞的极化调节作用研究进展

摘    要:巨噬细胞是创面愈合和组织修复过程的“总指挥”,对整个愈合过程具有不可替代的指导作用.巨噬细胞在不同微环境中可分别被诱导分化为M1型巨噬细胞和M2型巨噬细胞,前者在创面中能吞噬并清除外源性异物和坏死细胞,促进炎症反应的发生;后者在创面中通过释放各种细胞因子,调节创伤修复,抑制炎症反应的发生.不同极化状态的巨噬细胞在创伤愈合过程中发挥着不同的作用.姜黄素能够促进M0和(或)M1型巨噬细胞向M2型巨噬细胞极化.但至今姜黄素对巨噬细胞极化调节作用机制还尚不完全清楚.深入探讨姜黄素对巨噬细胞的调节机制及作用效应,将为创面愈合提供新的治疗策略和靶点.

A review of the regulating function of curcumin in the macrophage polarization
Abstract:Macrophage,the orchestra leader in the progress of wound healing and tissue repair,plays an irreplaceable leading role in the process of healing.Curcumin can be induced to differentiate into classically-activated macrophages (M1) and alternatively-activated macrophages (M2) respectively in different microenvironments:the former is able to swallow and clear exogenous foreign matter and necrotic ceils,promotes inflammation;while the latter regulates wound healing and inhibits inflammation by releasing various kinds of cytokines.Macrophages in different states of polarization play different roles in wound healing.Curcumin can contribute to the polarization of marrow-derived macrophages (M0) and (or) M1 phenotype to M2 phenotype.However,in-depth exploration into the mechanism behind which curcumin regulates macrophage and its effects on macrophage will provide new therapeutic strategies and target sites for wound healing.
