湘西地区PG对胃溃疡及胃炎患者的临床应用价值研究

目的探讨胃蛋白酶原(PG)对湖南省湘西地区胃溃疡及胃炎患者的临床应用价值。方法用微粒子化学发光法检测PGⅠ、Ⅱ血清水平。结果萎缩性胃炎组PGⅠ、PGⅡ和PGⅠ/Ⅱ比值(PGR)血清检测水平与胃溃疡组、浅表性胃炎组、对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);胃溃疡组、萎缩性胃炎组PGⅠ、PGⅡ血清检测水平与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。萎缩性胃炎组PGⅠ、PGR、PGⅠ+PGR各自进行敏感性和特异性比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 PGⅠ和(或)PGⅠ+PGⅡ升高,考虑患浅表性胃炎和胃溃疡的可能性较大;在萎缩性胃炎检测中优先选择PGⅠ+PGR组合。

Study on clinical application value of PG in patients with gastric ulcer and gastritis

Objective To explore the clinical application value of pepsinogen(PG)in the patients with gastric ulcer and gastritis in the western Hunan area of Hunan Province .Methods The serum PGⅠ and Ⅱ levels were detected by using the microparticle chemiluminescence method .Results The PG Ⅰ ,PG Ⅱ and PGⅠ /PG Ⅱ had statistical differences between the atrophic gastritis group with the gastric ulcer group ,superficial gastritis group and control group(P<0 .05);the serum PG Ⅰand PGⅡ levels had statistical difference between the gastric ulcer and atrophic gastritis with the control group (P< 0 .05);in the atrophic gastritis group ,PGⅠ ,PGR ,PGⅠ +PGR had statistical differences in the aspects of sensitivity and specificity (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The increase PGⅠ and(or)PGⅠ +PGⅡ may be considered as more possibility of superficial gastritis and gastric ulcer ,in the detection of atrophic gastritis ,the combination of PGⅠ +PGR may be preferred .
