重度妊高征患者母儿血中降钙素基因相关肽和内皮素浓度的变化

以探讨降钙素基因相关肽和内皮素在妊高征发病中的作用为目的，对２０例硬膜外麻醉下行剖宫产术的产妇（正常足月妊娠者１０例，重度妊高征患者１０例），分别于麻醉诱导前、胎儿娩出时采母体静脉血５ｍｌ，胎儿娩出尚未建立呼吸前采脐动、静脉血各５ｍｌ。采用放免法测定母儿血浆降钙素基因相关肽和内皮素的浓度。结果：重度妊高征患者母体血浆降钙素基因相关肽的浓度与正常妊娠者相比无明显差异，而内皮素的浓度则明显高于正常妊娠。结论：降钙素基因相关肽在妊高征的发病机制中可能不起主要作用。

Changes of the maternal and fetal plasma endothelin and calcitonin gene-related peptide in severe hypertensive pregnancies.

Objective: To determine the value of calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) and endothelin ( ET) in the pathophysiologic mechanisms of pregnancy-induced hypertension.Design: Twenty women who presented for elective Caesarean section under epidural anaesthesia were included in this study, 10 with severe pregnancy induced hypertension and 10 healthy term pregnant women. Maternal venous blood samples for measurement of ET and CGRP were collected before the induction of anaesthesia and immediately after delivery. Umbilical cord venous and arterial blood samples were also collected after delivery for the same purpose. The blood samples were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results: Maternal plasma ET concentrations in severe hypertensive pregnancies were significantly higher than those in the healthy term pregnancies, but CGRP levels did not differ between the two groups.Conclusion: CGRP may not play any important role in the pathophysiologic mechanisms of pregnancy induced hypertension. \ \
