住院糖尿病患者死因分析

目的分析住院老年糖尿病患者的死亡原因及防治策略。方法对1997年1月～2007年12月在四川省人民医院住院并死亡的178例老年糖尿病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果10年我院糖尿病患者死亡病例中死亡原因依次为：心血管疾病（34．83％），脑血管疾病（28．65％），感染性疾病（11．23％），肾功能不全（9．55％），恶性肿瘤（8．42％），糖尿病急性并发症（5．61％）。死亡病例病程主要集中在10年以内。结论心脑血管疾病及感染性疾病是糖尿病的主要死因。因此，严格控制血糖、血压、血脂等代谢指标，减少慢性并发症的发生，对降低死亡率至关重要。

Analysis of the cause of hospital death in diabetics

Objective To investigate the main death causes in the diabetic inpatients and the countermeasure of prey ention and cure. Methods The clinical record of 178 diabetic patients, who were hospitalized and died between January, 1997 and December, 2007 in our hospital. Results The main death causes were cardiovascular diseases （34.83%）, cerebral vascular diseases （28.65%）, infections diseases （11.23%）, renal dysfunction （9.55%）, tumor （8.42%） and acute complications （5.61%）o The course of disease of death case is almost within 10 years. Conclusions cardiovascular diseases, cerebral vascular diseases and infections diseases are the main causes of death. Controlling the blood glucose, blood pressure, dyslipidemia, etc. were key means to reduce the mortality rate of diabetics.
