中学生自杀意念与家庭环境相关分析

目的 :探讨中学生自杀意念的发生率及其家庭环境的关系 ,为采取心理干预措施提供参考。方法 :采用艾森克人格问卷、家庭环境量表中文版对百色市 2所中学的 32 5名初中生进行调查。结果 :2 7 1%的初中学生有自杀意念 ,其中女性高于男性 (χ2 =6 5 4,P <0 0 1) ,独生子女高于非独生子女 (χ2 =4 86 ,P <0 0 5 ) ;自杀意念与家庭环境的亲密度、情感表达、知识性、组织性因子呈负相关 ,与家庭矛盾性因子呈正相关。结论 :自杀意念在中学生中较为常见 ,应加强中学生心理健康教育和应对方式训练。

Correlation between suicide ideation and family environment in middle school students

Objective:To understand the ideation of suicide in middle school students and its relations with family environment Method:325 junior middle school students in Baise city were tested by EPQ,Family Environment Scale-chinese Version (FES-CV) Results:27 1% our subjects had suicide ideation The rate of this ideation was much higher in female and only-children than that in male and sibling children This ideation negatively correlated with cohesion,emotional expressivenes,intellectual-cultural orientation and organization in family and positively correlated with family conflict Conclusion:suicide ideation is often found in middle school students The guide to mental health and training on coping styles in these students should be strengthened
