| 摘 要： | 目的:比较多种方法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法:90例共112膝关节随机分为3组,分别采用B超引导复方当归注射液介入治疗(治疗组),玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射(对照组Ⅰ),关节腔内注射(对照组Ⅱ)治疗。采用Leqeuesne的OA严重性和活动性指数评估法,治疗前和治疗结束后进行膝关节功能评分,5周后评定临床疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组与对照组Ⅰ比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗组及对照组Ⅰ与对照组Ⅱ比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组Ⅱ。结论:B超引导下行复方当归注射液介入治疗是高效、准确、费用低廉的KOA诊断与治疗手段。
