康艾注射液配合化疗治疗妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤疗效观察

目的:观察康艾注射液配合5FU+KSM方案治疗妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤的疗效。方法:48例随机分为两组,治疗组24例用康艾注射液40～60mL加入5%葡萄糖注射液或0.9%氯化钠注射液250mL中静脉滴注1,日1次,连用14天,于化疗前2d开始用药。对照组24例单用化疗。两组均化疗2个周期。结果:治疗组化疗后外周血WBC、Hb、PLT均降低,但对照组下降更为明显,两组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗组患者消化道反应Ⅱ、Ⅲ度占95.84%,而对照组Ⅱ、Ⅲ度占66.67%,两组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:康艾注射液配合5FU+KSM方案在妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤化疗中对骨髓抑制和胃肠道反应都有明显的预防和治疗作用,还可以起到化疗减毒作用。

Observation of Therapeutic Effect on Gestational Trophoblastic Tumor Treated by Kang Ai Injection Combined with Chemotherapy

Objective：View Cha Kangai injection combined with 5FU ＋ KSM program in gestational trophoblastic tumor chemotherapy to reduce bone marrow suppression,gastrointestinal adverse events,the efficacy of chemotherapy toxicity.Methods：48 patients were randomly divided into two groups,24 patients treated with Kangai injection 40～60 mL in 5% glucose injection or 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250 mL in intravenous infusion,1/d,used in conjunction 14 d,2 d before the start of chemotherapy treatment,chemotherapy alone control group,24 patients,2 cycles of chemotherapy in all cases.Results： Peripheral blood after chemotherapy treatment group,WBC,Hb,PLT were lower,but more significant decline in the control group,difference between the two groups after chemotherapy was significant（P〈0.01）.Gastrointestinal reactions in patients treated Ⅱ,Ⅲ degree 95.84%,while the control group Ⅱ,Ⅲ degree 66.67%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusions：Kangai injection program with 5FU ＋ KSM in gestational trophoblastic tumor chemotherapy on bone marrow suppression and gastrointestinal tract have significant role in the prevention and treatment,the drug attenuated chemotherapy can play a role.
