| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中药配合针刺治疗海洛因依赖戒断综合征治疗效果。方法：B组65例用排毒养生胶囊配合针刺治疗，A组68例单用排毒养生胶囊治疗。采用阿片类依赖戒断综合征量表（OWS）进行临床脱毒疗效评定。结果：12天临床脱毒结果显示，两组临床脱毒率均为100％，但临床脱毒达标时间A组为d6、B组为d4，B组达到临床脱毒标准时间比A组提前。B组厌食、失眠、烦躁等症状控制效果优于A组（P〈0．05）。结论：排毒养生胶囊配合针刺治疗海洛因依赖戒断综合征疗效良好。
