| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:96例随机分为两组各48例,治疗组用补肾复萎汤、维酶素、果胶铋,对照组用维酶素、果胶铋,观察两组治疗后症状及胃镜情况。结果:治疗组总有效率93.75%,对照组总有效率77.08%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效优于单用西药。
