| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨TS、P—gp在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法：采用免疫组化方法研究了T5、P—gp在胃癌组织中的表达情况。结果：TS、P—gp在胃癌组织中的表达与各项临床病理参数均无关（P〉0．05）。佟、P-gp在胃癌组织中的表达阳性率与化疗有效率呈负相关（P〈0．05）。结论：Ts与P—g涉及的耐药机制不同，临床检测TS、P—gp对胃癌化疗方案的制定具有指导意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the expression and clinical significance of TS,P-gp in gastric carcinoma. Methods: The expression patterns of TS,P-gp in gastric carcinomas was examined by means of immunohistochemistry. Results: Either TS or P-gp were not associated with all clinicpathological parameters (P>0.05). The response rate of patients with low expression of TS,P-gp was higher than that of patients with high expression (P<0.05) . Conclusion: The mechanisms of drug resistance of TS,P-gp are different. To achieve better therapeutic efficacy, it is useful to determine TS and P-gp in the choice of therapeutic method. |
