骨桥蛋白及膜型基质金属蛋白酶-1在寻常性银屑病的表达

目的 探讨骨桥蛋白及膜型基质金属蛋白酶-1 (MT1-MMP)在人银屑病中的表达及意义. 方法 采用免疫组化SP法检测21例寻常型银屑病,16例正常人皮肤中骨桥蛋白(OPN)及MT1-MMP蛋白的表达。结果 21例寻常型银屑病中骨桥蛋白及MMP-14表达的阳性率分别为85.7%及80.9%;16例正常皮肤中阳性表达率均为62.5%。统计分析发现差异具有统计学意义(p＜0。05)。且OPN于MT1-MMP的表达与年龄性别发病部位均无关（p>0.05）。21例寻常型银屑病中骨桥蛋白与MT1-MMP均表达的11例，均不表达的3例。结论 骨桥蛋白与MT1-MMP在寻常型银屑病中高表达。

Expression of osteopoitin and membrane type matrix metalloproteinase-1 in patients with psoriasis vulgaris

Objective To investigate the expression of osteopontin (OPN)and membrane-type 1 matrix metalloproteinase (MT1-MMP),and the relationship of OPN and MT1-MMP in psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Expression of OPN and MT1-MMP was measured by immunohistochemical SP method in 21 patients with Psoriasis vulgaris and 16 healthy individuals. Results OPN and MMP-14 were expressed respectively in 85.7% and 80.9% of 21 psoriasis vulgaris specimens； both of them were 62.5% in 16 healthy individuals specimens . There was a significant difference between psoriatic lesional and normal epidermis by x2 test(both p<0.05). There was no correlation between the expression of OPN and MT1-MMP,with age ,sex(p>0.05).Eleven cases were positive for both OPN and MT1-MMP,3 negative for either OPN or MT1-MMP.Conclusion Both OPN and MT1-MMP were overexpressed in psoriasis vulgaris.
