不稳定心绞痛cTnT和hs-CRP联合检测的临床评价

目的探讨血清肌钙蛋白T（cTnT）、超敏c-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）联合检测对不稳定心绞痛（UAP）患者近期预后判断的临床价值。方法对42例健康人、38例稳定心绞痛（SAP）和52例UAP患者分别进行血清cT-nT、hs-CRP检测,并对UAP患者随访6个月,观察心脏事件发生率。结果三组中UAP组血清cTnT、hs-CRP浓度均明显高于正常组和SAP组（P〈0.01）;心脏事件发生率也明显高于正常组（P〈0.01）。结论 cTnT和hs-CRP测定可较敏感地反应微小心肌损伤,联合检测对判断UAP的预后有更好的临床价值。

Clinical Evaluation on Joint Detection of cTnT and hs-CRP in Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective To explore the clinical value of the joint detection of cTnT and hs-CRP in evaluating the recent prognosis of patients with unstable angina pectoris（UAP）.Methods The joint detection of cTnT and hs-CRP was performed in 42 healthy persons、38 patients with stable angina pectoris（SAP） and 52 patients with UPA respectively,and following up for 6 months for patients with UPA to observe the incidence rate of cardiovascular events.Results The concentration of cTnT and hs-CRP was obvious higher in UPA than the other two groups（P0.01） and the incidence rate of cardiovascular events was obvious higher in UPA than healthy people group（P0.01）.Conclusion The joint detection of cTnT and hs-CRP can show the minor myocardial damage sensitively,and has a preferable clinical value in evaluating the prognosis of patients with UAP.
