吴鞠通论痹浅析

吴鞠通对痹证的认识和治疗独具一格。痹证寒湿固有,热湿尤多,病机为湿聚热蒸,蕴于经络,而为热痹、湿热痹。吴氏遵循治疗温病的思想,对热痹、湿热痹重在清利,创立治痹之主方加减木防己汤,并主张宣通肺气,通利下焦,湿热具化,经络畅通。
