支气管镜异物取出术联合支气管肺泡灌洗在支气管异物患儿中的应用

目的观察支气管镜异物取出术联合支气管肺泡灌洗在支气管异物患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2018年8月至2019年8月我院收治的支气管异物患儿63例,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(n=31)和观察组(n=32)。对照组采用支气管镜异物取出术治疗,观察组采用支气管镜异物取出术联合支气管肺泡灌洗治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、临床症状及体征消失时间、住院时间。结果观察组显效率为75.00%,高于对照组的38.71%(P <0.05)。观察组气促和(或)喘息、咳嗽、湿性啰音消失时间以及住院时间均短于对照组(P <0.05)。结论支气管镜异物取出术联合支气管肺泡灌洗治疗支气管异物患儿效果显著,可有效缩短患儿气促和(或)喘息、咳嗽、湿性啰音消失时间,促进患儿尽快恢复。

Application of Bronchoscopic Foreign Body Removal Combined with Bronchoalveolar Lavage in Children with Bronchial Foreign Body

Objective To observe the application effect of bronchoscopic foreign body removal combined with bronchoalveolar lavage in children with bronchial foreign body.Methods 63 children with bronchial foreign body admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected and divided into control group(n=31)and observation group(n=32)according to different treatment methods.The control group was given bronchoscopic foreign body removal,and the observation group was given bronchoscopic foreign body removal combined with bronchoalveolar lavage.The treatment effect,disappearance time of clinical symptoms and signs and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Results The significant effective rate of the observation group was 75.00%,higher than 38.71%of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of shortness of breath and/or wheezing,cough and moist rales,and the hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Bronchoscopic foreign body removal combined with bronchoalveolar lavage has significant effect in the treatment of children with bronchial foreign body,which can effectively shorten the disappearance time of shortness of breath and/or wheezing,cough and moist rales,and promote the recovery of children as soon as possible.
