益生菌联合三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性慢性胃炎的疗效及对患者炎性因子的影响

目的观察益生菌联合三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性慢性胃炎的疗效及对患者炎性因子水平的影响。方法选取2017年3月-2019年2月广东省东莞市虎门镇南栅医院收治的幽门螺杆菌相关性慢性胃炎患者108例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各54例。对照组采用三联疗法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合益生菌治疗,比较2组患者治疗效果、治疗前后炎性因子水平和不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.30%,高于对照组的81.48%(χ²=6.000,P=0.014)。治疗后,2组IL-2水平高于治疗前,IL-4和IL-10水平低于治疗前,且观察组变化幅度大于对照组(P <0.01)。观察组不良反应总发生率为5.56%,低于对照组的18.52%(χ²=4.285,P=0.038)。结论益生菌联合三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性慢性胃炎有较好效果,可有效改善患者炎性反应,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of probiotics combined with triple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori-related chronic gastritis and its influence on patients with inflammatory factors

Objective To observe the effect of probiotics combined with triple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori-related chronic gastritis and its influence on the level of inflammatory factors in patients. Methods 108 patients with Helicobacter pylori-related chronic gastritis admitted to Nanzha Hospital,Humen Town,Dongguan,Guangdong Province from March 2017 to February 2019 were selected,and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table,54 cases in each group. The control group was treated with triple therapy,and the observation group was treated with probiotics on the basis of the control group. The treatment effects,inflammatory factor levels and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group( 96. 30%)was higher than that of the control group( 81. 48%)( χ²= 6. 000,P = 0. 014). After treatment,the levels of IL-2 in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of IL-4 and IL-10 were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group changed more than the control group( P < 0. 01). Conclusion The combination of probiotics and triple therapy has a good effect in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori-related chronic gastritis,which can effectively improve the inflammatory response of patients,and has high safety,it is worthy of clinical application.
