针对性导诊服务对提高护理服务质量的效果研究

目的分析研究针对性导诊服务在提高护理服务质量中的应用效果。方法将2016年6月至2019年6月到我院就诊的300例患者随机分为对照组和观察组各150例。对照组给予常规导诊服务,观察组给予针对性导诊服务。比较两组患者的护理服务质量与护理满意度。结果观察组的躯体不适感、睡眠与精力、活动与感觉评分显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的情感需求、精神紧张度、自尊评分显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为97.33%,显著高于对照组的67.33%(P <0.05)。结论针对性导诊服务可有效提高患者躯体功能与心理功能评分,提升其护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Study on the Effect of Targeted Guidance Service in Improving the Nursing Service Quality

Objective To analyze and study the application effect of targeted guidance service in improving the nursing service quality.Methods 300 patients coming to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 150 cases in each group.The control group was given routine guidance service,and the observation group was given targeted guidance service.The nursing service quality and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of body discomfort,sleep and energy,and activity and sensation in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of emotional needs,mental tension and self esteem in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 97.33%,significantly higher than 67.33%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Targeted guidance service can effectively improve the scores of physical function and psychological function,and improve the nursing satisfaction degree of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
