肺癌诊断中肿瘤标志物检测的应用分析

摘    要:目的探讨肺癌诊断中肿瘤标志物检测的应用价值。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月我院收治的100例肺部疾病患者作为研究组,按组织病理学结果分为A组(57例,肺良性病变)和B组(43例,肺癌),另选取同期70名体检健康者作为对照组,比较三组的五种肿瘤标志物水平、血清肿瘤标志物在不同类型肺癌中的水平,并分析肿瘤标志物单项检测及联合检测的准确性。结果 A组和B组的CA125、 Pro-GRP、 SF、 SCC-Ag、 NSE水平均高于对照组(P <0.05)。B组中,小细胞肺癌、腺癌、鳞癌的SF水平均高于对照组,腺癌、鳞癌的CA125水平均高于对照组,小细胞肺癌的Pro-GRP、 NSE水平均高于对照组,鳞癌的SCC-Ag水平高于对照组(P <0.05)。CA125、 Pro-GRP、 SCC-Ag、 NSE单项检测准确性均为88.0%;SF单项检测准确性为87.0%;CA125、 Pro-GRP、 SF、 SCC-Ag、 NSE联合检测准确性为96.0%;肿瘤标志物联合检测的准确性高于肿瘤标志物单项检测(P <0.05)。结论早期肺癌诊断中肿瘤标志物的检测具有一定的应用价值,肺癌的肿瘤标志物可作为临床治疗肺癌的新靶点,多项肿瘤标志物联合检测用于诊断肺癌具有更高的价值。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of tumor marker detection in the diagnosis of lung cancer.Methods 100 patients with lung diseases admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as study group,and divided into group A(57 cases,benign lung lesions)and group B(43 cases,lung cancer)according to the histopathological results.70 healthy people with physical examination at the same period were selected as control group.The levels of five tumor markers and the levels of serum tumor markers in different types of lung cancer were compared among the three groups.The accuracy of single detection and combined detection of five tumor markers were analyzed.Results The CA125,Pro-GRP,SF,SCC-Ag and NSE levels of group A and group B were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).In group B,the SF levels of small cell lung cancer,adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma were higher than those in the control group,the CA125 levels of adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma were higher than those in the control group,the Pro-GRP and NSE levels of small cell lung cancer were higher than those in the control group,and the SCC-Ag level of squamous cell carcinoma was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The accuracy of single detection of CA125,Pro-GRP,SCC-Ag and NSE were 88.0%.The accuracy of single detection of SF was 87.0%.The accuracy of combined detection of CA125,Pro-GRP,SF,SCC-Ag and NSE was 96.0%.The accuracy of combined detection of tumor markers was higher than that of single detection of tumor markers(P<0.05).Conclusions The detection of tumor markers in the diagnosis of early lung cancer has certain application value.The tumor markers of lung cancer can be used as new targets for clinical treatment of lung cancer.The combined detection of multiple tumor markers for diagnosis of lung cancer has higher value.
