社区药学服务对2型糖尿病患者用药效果的影响

目的观察社区药学服务对2型糖尿病患者用药治疗效果的影响。方法选择2017年1月-2019年6月韶关市第三人民医院收治的2型糖尿病患者78例。采用随机数字表法分为常规组(常规用药护理)和联合组(常规用药护理配合以社区药学服务),每组39例。比较2组患者治疗效果,治疗前后患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白,血糖达标总时间,用药依从性评分(满分100计),患者糖尿并发症(病肾病、糖尿病足等)发生情况。结果联合组治疗总有效率为100.00%,高于常规组的79.49%(χ²=8.914,P=0.005);治疗后,2组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均较治疗前改善,联合组改善程度均好于常规组(P均<0.01);联合组血糖达标总时间短于常规组,用药依从性评分高于常规组(P均<0.01);联合组并发症发生率为0%,低于常规组的20.51%(χ²=8.914,P=0.005)。结论常规用药护理配合以社区药学服务对于提高2型糖尿病患者用药治疗效果、加速和改善血糖调控、提升患者用药依从性和降低并发症发生风险等方面均有积极作用,值得推广应用。

Effect of community pharmaceutical care on drug efficacy of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To observe the effect of community pharmaceutical care on the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Seventy-eight patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Shaoguan Third People's Hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into conventional group(routine medication Nursing)and combination group(routine medication nursing combined with community pharmaceutical care),39 cases in each group.The treatment effect,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin before and after treatment,the total time of blood glucose reaching the standard,medication compliance score(full score of 100),incidence of diabetic complications(nephropathy,diabetic foot,etc.)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 100.00%,which was higher than 79.49%of the conventional group(χ²=8.914,P=0.005).After treatment,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the improvement degree of the combined group was better than that of the conventional group(all P<0.01).The total time of blood glucose reaching the standard in the combined group was shorter than that in the conventional group,and the medication compliance score was higher than that in the conventional group(all P<0.01).The incidence of complications in the combined group was 0%,which was lower than 20.51%in the conventional group(χ²=8.914,P=0.005).Conclusion Routine medication nursing combined with community pharmaceutical care has positive effect on improving the treatment effect,accelerating and improving blood glucose regulation,improving medication compliance and reducing the risk of complications in patients with type 2 diabetes,which is worthy of promotion and application.
