耳穴贴压对胃癌化疗患者恶心呕吐与生活质量的影响

目的探讨耳穴贴压对胃癌化疗患者恶心呕吐与生活质量的影响。方法采用方便抽样法,选取2018年7月—2019年6月在本院住院治疗的胃癌化疗患者124例,按入院时间分为对照组(n=61)和试验组(n=63)。对照组采用常规护理方法,试验组在对照组护理基础上给予耳穴贴压干预。参考"中药新药临床研究指导原则"症状分级量化标准进行患者恶心呕吐症状评分,比较两组患者恶心呕吐情况。采用癌症患者生命质量测定量表(EORTC-QLQ-C30)比较两组患者的生活质量。结果最终对照组57例患者、试验组58例患者完成研究。试验组患者恶心呕吐和饮食情况评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者生活质量总体健康状况及各功能领域评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),疲乏、恶心呕吐、食欲下降等症状领域评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴贴压可改善胃癌化疗患者恶心呕吐与生活质量,建议临床推广应用。

Effects of auricular point sticking on nausea and vomiting and quality of life in patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy

Objective To explore effects of auricular point sticking on nausea and vomiting and quality of life in patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods Using the convenient sampling method,a total of 124 patients with gastric cancer who underwent chemotherapy and were hospitalized in our hospital from July 2018 to June 2019 were selected and they were divided into the control group(n=61)and the experimental group(n=63)according to the time of admission.The control group adopted conventional nursing methods,while the experimental group was given auricular point sticking intervention on the basis of nursing in the control group.Referring to symptom classification and quantitative standard in'Guiding Principles of Clinical Research on New Traditional Chinese medicine',nausea and vomiting symptoms of patients were scored and the nausea and vomiting of the two groups were compared.European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life-Chemotherapy(EORTC-QLQ-C30)was used to compare quality of life of patients between the two groups.Results Finally,57 patients in the control group and 58 patients in the experimental group completed the study.The nausea and vomiting and diet scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall quality of life and scores of each functional area of patients in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of fatigue,nausea and vomiting and decreased appetite in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Auricular point sticking can improve nausea and vomiting and quality of life in patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy.
